The popup opens.
A toggle for the reader, a hint about the keyboard shortcut, and a gear in the corner. That's it.

Settings opens
Every setting lives here.
Background, font, weight, line height, letter spacing, word spacing, column width, page tint. Tune anything and it's saved.

Extras and paused sites.
Four toggles for the small stuff: highlight key terms, one sentence per line, a reading ruler, a progress bar at the top of the page. Below them, a way into the paused sites list.
