That 95% gap is what matters. Most people who'd benefit from a reading tool don't call themselves dyslexic. They just know reading online gets tiring. So the product isn't for "dyslexic users". It's for anyone who feels that.
Dyslexia is about how the brain reads the letters, not how smart you are. Bigger spacing, better fonts, shorter lines — they all just make it less work.
